Fluoridated water is the best thing you can consume to maintain your oral health.  Luckily most city water contains fluoride ions.   Drinking fluoridated water achieves the following benefits: helps to neutralize the oral cavity, helps to clean by removing debris from between our teeth, and helps strengthen our enamel due to the fluoride ions.

Foods/Drinks that help neutralize the oral cavity help prevent decay by keeping the oral environment in a healthy state.
